gentle rituals & every magic for feeling more like ourselves

book a call 🗓️

Hello! I’m misha (she/her).

Ritual As is an altar at which people are invited to gather towards grounding and connecting with self and community in ways that interrupt the constant onslaught of capitalism on our minds, bodies, and spirits.

At this altar, I offer my skills as an embodiment facilitator towards co-creating learning spaces that support us in: meeting the moment, feeling more like ourselves, and snatching back energy from colonial systems to build more of what's important to us.

For individuals: I support people in bringing comfort, support, and ease to the the process of learning and navigating our body's landscape of stress responses--cultivating a practice of self-awareness as the foundation for the agency to enact sustainable change.
I'm your co-explorer in charting your ecosystem of stress and relaxation--we start gently with noticing, observing, and tending to what's present.

For organizations: Together we co-craft a space to bring these same skills and outcomes to your staff, community, or class participants. I offer end-to-end event support in consulting, designing, planning, administrating, producing, and hosting trauma-informed somatic facilitations for your organization.

Beyond being a somatic practitioner, I am a person showing up to do what I can, when I can, with what I have and who I'm with to throw sand in the nearest gears of oppressive systems--and my goal is to be a co-conspiritor with you in doing the same.

I will be here to equip individuals and our communities with quick, accessible somatic practices for stabilizing, reconnecting, and growing our capacity for healing and transformation.

Ritual As is my reminder to myself and my community that magic--power, spirit, change, however you personally call it--is in the every day ways we relate to our every day spaces. Our minds and bodies are our 24/7 everyday spaces. Our rituals for how we navigate, support, and steward those spaces (or not) are in effect for every moment of our lives, with their impacts compounding whether they're tended to or not. What impacts are your rituals building?

“[I most enjoyed] That it was a CC space! That is such a relief, and freedom, in profound ways I hadn't fully realised but definitely felt.
[I also enjoyed] room for discussions with Misha (practitioner), which helped develop my understanding and have reminders to trust my own experiences. This helped me grow feelings of trust and competence in the offered practices.
I found your CC course very supportive and inspiring, thank you.”

“Sometimes naming a thing—giving it a name or discovering its name—helps one to begin to understand it. Knowing the name of a thing and knowing what that thing is for gives me even more of a handle on it.”

“All that you touch You Change. All that you Change Changes you. The only lasting truth Is Change.”

“I realize I don't know very much. None of us knows very much. But we can all learn more. Then we can teach one another. We can stop denying reality or hoping it will go away by magic.”

that anchor my work on a day-to-day basis
